Provides direct patient care in an acute care setting as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Conducts assessments, develops and implements individualized care plans, educates patients and families, and promotes patient safety and quality care. Collaborates with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, social workers, and therapists to ensure comprehensive treatment. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient preferences and cultural considerations. Maintains communication across care continuum and participates in professional development activities.
Manages a 26-bed acute care unit with a focus on medical-surgical patients, including occasional trach care. Supports a high-acuity patient population with a 4/5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
Requires a Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree and RN licensure. Preferred candidates hold a Bachelor's degree with less than 2 years of experience.
