Role:

Provides direct patient care as a Registered Nurse in an Acute Care setting, managing patients with complex clinical needs.

• Responsibilities: Develops and implements individualized care plans, assesses physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, and promotes patient and family-centered care. Ensures effective communication across the care team, participates in safety and quality initiatives, and educates patients on managing their health and medications.
• Qualifications: Must hold an RN license with a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree; Bachelor's degree preferred. No prior experience required, but less than 2 years of experience is preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Critical nursing skills, ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment, excellent communication, and teamwork capabilities.

25-bed Acute Care Medicine unit supporting a multidisciplinary team including advanced practice nurses, case managers, social workers, and specialists.
