Job summary

The Civic Center Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our night-shift team in Birmingham, AL. You will provide direct nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to implement individualized care plans.

Qualified candidates hold a valid RN license and current BLS/CPR certification, possess strong geriatric and rehabilitation care knowledge, and demonstrate

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.
