Job summary

Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, monitor health conditions, administer medications, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality, person-centered care.

This full-time role offers a 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift, competitive hourly pay, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits including health, dental & vision insurance, PTO,

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
