Job summary

Springdale Health and Rehabilitation Center in Springdale, AR, is seeking a skilled RN to join our night shift team. You'll provide direct nursing care, assist with rehabilitation plans, and work with a multidisciplinary clinical team to uphold high standards of resident care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

The ideal candidate holds a current RN license, geriatric and rehabilitation experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and current BLS/CPR certification.
• Experience in geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team.
