Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation in Fayetteville, AR is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting, supporting rehabilitation plans and collaborating with clinicians.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
