Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 3pm-11pm second shift (Monday–Friday). Enjoy your weekends off! You will provide skilled nursing care, perform assessments, implement care plans, and monitor residents.

Join a team focused on quality care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary group, administer medications, document care, educate residents and families, and participate in ongoing quality improvement to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Prior experience preferred; graduates welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Second Shift team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to providing a continuum of care, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term skilled nursing care, and a wide range of specialty programs and services.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
