Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 3p-11p shift, Monday through Friday. Join a compassionate team delivering high-quality care in a state-of-the-art facility focused on a continuum of care for residents.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care; collaborate with interdisciplinary teams; administer medications; monitor residents; and educate residents and families on wellness and disease management.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN license required.
• Prior experience preferred; new grads welcome.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor resident conditions, identifying and reporting changes or concerns.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
• Educate residents and their families on health, wellness, disease management, and preventive care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional care and outcomes.

As a Registered Nurse (RN) on our Second Shift team, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents at Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, Pennsylvania. Our state-of-the-art facility is dedicated to providing a continuum of care, from short-term rehabilitation to long-term skilled nursing care, and a wide range of specialty programs and services.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to our residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
