Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced RN Supervisor for the evening/night shift to lead nursing staff and coordinate resident care.

You will oversee assessments, ensure quality standards, and provide nursing care as needed while communicating with the care team.

Applicants must be a graduate of an approved RN program, hold a PA RN license, CPR certification, and have prior experience in a similar role.

Evening/Night Shift

Job Summary:

Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated RN Supervisor to join our evening/night shift team! As an RN Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the effective use of personnel to perform required resident care, while also providing nursing care when needed. RN Supervisor Essential Duties:

• Utilizes current physical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing principles to assess and monitor residents according to clinical status and needs and makes appropriate notifications

• Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to safely provide care appropriate to age of residents managed on unit

• Provides written and/or oral status reports of residents to assure necessary follow-up actions

RN Supervisor Requirements:

• A graduate of an approved nursing program for registered nurses

• Current Registered Nurse License in the state of Pennsylvania

• Current CPR certification

• Prior work experience
