Job summary

Rosewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center in Schuylkill Haven, PA is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the 3pm-11pm second shift (Monday–Friday). Enjoy your weekends off! You will provide skilled nursing care, perform assessments, implement care plans, and monitor residents.

Join a team focused on quality care, collaborate with an interdisciplinary group, administer medications, document care, educate residents and families, and participate in ongoing quality improvement to enhance outcomes.

Qualifications

Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
Prior experience preferred; graduates welcome.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to deliver compassionate care in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Provide skilled nursing care, assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor resident conditions, identifying and reporting any changes or concerns.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident care.
Educate residents and their families on health and wellness, disease management, and preventive care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional care and outcomes.
