Job summary

Great River Health in Iowa is seeking a Registered Nurse for evening overnight shifts with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates. Schedule: 7:00pm–7:30am, every other weekend, every 3rd holiday.

You will deliver nursing care using the nursing process, interact with patients and families, and care for cardiac/telemetry patients and other units. Required ADN and Iowa RN license; benefits include comprehensive plans and professional development opportunities.

Delivers care to patients utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, and evaluation in coordination with other health team members.

Effectively interacts with the patient, significant others, and other health team members while maintaining high standards of professional nursing.

Provides high quality care to the following patient populations: Adult cardiac/ telemetry, Stroke, Vascular intervention, Hemodynamic monitoring.

Qualifications:

Required:

Associate Degree in nursing (ADN) required

Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration

Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Iowa

Preferred:

Health care experience within the last five years preferred

Critical care experience preferred

Internship in critical care preferred
