Job summary

Fayetteville Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. The RN will support rehabilitation plans and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain high standards of care.

This full-time role offers a 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM shift, a $10,000 sign-on bonus, competitive wages, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and shift differential pay.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
