Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid Registered Nurse license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in patient care consistent with standards and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, report patient conditions and changes and document per policies.
• Document EMR assessments and changes in patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physician orders and implement care plans.
• Direct, monitor, and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.

Responsibilities

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders.Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
