Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network seeks an RN for Beacon Hill in Denison, TX. This full-time role covers an evening shift (2pm-10pm) and focuses on overseeing patient care in a skilled nursing setting under physician orders.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in patient care settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Qualifications: Responsibilities:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License

Shift Available: 2pm-10pm Monday-Friday
