Job summary

Riverside-Oaks in Victoria, TX is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team at Riverside Oaks - Victoria, a facility committed to high-quality patient outcomes.

You will oversee and participate in patient care, document changes in condition, and ensure orders are executed accurately while coordinating with the care team for timely delivery of services. An RN license and graduation from an accredited nursing program are required.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid RN license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee patient care per standards and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and document patient conditions in accordance with policies and regulations.
• Document EMR assessments and changes of condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Transcribe and execute physician orders; implement care plans.
• Coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care with staff.

Qualifications: Responsibilities:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
