Job summary

Cantex Continuing Care Network seeks an Registered Nurse (RN) for our Skilled Nursing unit in Silsbee, TX. Full-time position (PRN) offering a $2,500 sign-on incentive and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities include providing nursing care, observing patient status, documenting EMR entries, administering medications as prescribed, and coordinating care with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School.
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care services according to standards and physician orders.
• Observe, assess, and report patient conditions and document per policy and regulations.
• EMR documentation of patient assessments and changes in condition.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Execute physician orders and implement patient care plans.
• Direct and coordinate timely delivery of quality patient care by staff.
• Ensure care management systems are integrated into patient delivery.

Qualifications: Responsibilities:

• As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will participate in and oversee the provision of patient care services consistent with accepted standards and prescribed by attending Physician.
• Observes, assesses, and reports Patient conditions/changes and documents in accordance with Cantex’s Clinical Policies & Procedures and state/federal guidelines & regulations.
• EMR documentation relevant to patient assessment, evaluation, change of condition, in accordance to nursing practices.
• May administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Receive, transcribe, and execute physicians’ orders. Evaluated and implements a Patient’s care plan.
• Directs, monitors, and coordinates timely delivery of quality Patient care by all subordinate staff.
• Ensures Patient Care Management Systems are routinely in-serviced and incorporated into the delivery of patient care.

Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing School
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) License
