Job summary

Majestic Care of South Bend is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver skilled nursing care on an assigned unit under the direction of nursing management. You will supervise CNAs, assess residents, and ensure accurate physician orders are implemented.

Responsibilities include initiating care plans, administering medications and IVs, coordinating therapy, and providing orientation and ongoing training to staff. A valid Indiana RN license is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active Indiana RN license in good standing.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead care planning for residents.
• Assess residents and document nursing needs.
• Administer medications, start IVs, and document treatments per orders.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality care.
• Coordinate with therapy and other departments during resident care.
