Job summary

Majestic Care of South Bend is seeking a Night Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care on a designated unit, supervising CNAs as needed. The role supports medical care as directed by the nursing management team, with emphasis on high-quality resident care in a caring environment.

The position includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus and a 6:00PM–6:30AM shift, plus a $2 shift differential. Eligible for Majestic Difference benefits and ongoing professional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited nursing program required.
• RN license active in the state of employment.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and lead care conferences to develop individualized nursing plans.
• Assess residents' condition and document nursing needs.
• Implement physician orders accurately and promptly.
