Jackson Manor is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our senior living team in Missouri. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and support residents’ daily needs in a respectful, safe environment.

Qualifications include graduating from an accredited LPN program, a Missouri LPN license, CPR certification, and excellent communication and teamwork. Full-time staff enjoy a sign-on bonus, PTO, holidays, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
• One year of nursing experience is preferred.
• Valid LPN license in Missouri is required.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Candidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff.

• Nights 7:00 pm - 7:00 am
• Full time candidates must be willing to work every other weekend

• $8,000 sign-on bonus for full-time qualifying candidates!

Essential Functions of Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Highly motivated and able to assist in all aspects of nursing
• The candidate will provide services that exceed company and regulatory standards
• Initiates and leads individualized nursing care plans
• Assesses and documents the resident’s condition and nursing needs
• Accurately and promptly implements physicians’ orders
• Assigns nursing care to team members in accordance with the resident’s needs and the person’s capabilities and qualifications
• Administers medications
• Starts IVs and performs treatments for assigned residents
• Documents that treatment as required
• Ensures that supplies are utilized economically, and that equipment is clean and maintained a safe manner
• Others duties as assigned
