Job summary

Shores of Worthington is hiring Registered Nurses to join our team. Various shifts are available and you will provide direct patient care following guidelines.

As a charge nurse, you will supervise CNAs, administer medications, and address issues in patient care plans while maintaining high standards of quality and compassion. We value teamwork, strong communication, and commitment to residents' dignity and well-being.

Qualifications

• Valid and active MN RN license.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Experience supervising and/or management.
• Familiarity with healthcare facility policies, procedures, and protocols is important for a charge nurse.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate patient care, and ensure smooth operations in their unit.
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and regulatory agents.
