Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center in Duluth, MN is hiring Full-time and Part-time Registered Nurses for AM, PM and NOC shifts. We encourage growth and offer training to help you advance your nursing career.

Responsibilities include direct patient care, supervising CNAs, medication administration, wound care, and addressing care plan issues, with pain assessment per orders. A supportive team and respectful environment await.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Minnesota RN license.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities with staff, patients, families, and regulators.
• CPR certification required.
• Criminal background check clearance required.
• Must be able to work every other weekend.

Starting wage: $33.00-$36.00, based on experience

Shift Differential: $2.00 for PM and NOC shifts

Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center is looking for Full-time and Part-time AM and PM Registered Nurses to join our team! Shifts: AM, PM, NOC available

The Registered Nurse responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal, and facility guidelines
• Supervising CNAs
• Medication administration
• Wound and treatment care
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility’s nursing policy and procedure
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review
• Assess and address resident pain as necessary and consistent with the doctors’ orders

Qualifications & Skills of Registered Nurse

• Current license by the Minnesota Board of Nursing to practice as a Registered Nurse
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents
• CPR Certified
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Must work every other weekend
