Job summary

Shores of Worthington, a Residential Health Care Facility in Worthington, MN, is seeking Registered Nurses to join our team across multiple shifts. You will provide direct patient care, supervise CNAs, administer medications, and contribute to care plans in accordance with facility policies.

Qualified applicants hold MN RN license, an associate or bachelor's in nursing, and have prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• A valid and active RN license from the state of Minnesota.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Experience in supervising and/or management.
• Familiarity with healthcare facility policies, procedures, and protocols is important for a charge nurse.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, coordinate patient care, and ensure smooth operations in their unit.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct patient care following state, federal, and facility guidelines.
• Supervising CNAs.
• Administering medication.
• Wound treatment and care.
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance with the facility nursing policy and procedure.
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan for Nurse review.
