The Shores of Worthington is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. This Residential Health Care Facility delivers quality care through collaboration and respect, supporting residents, families, and staff in a caring environment.

We offer Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem shifts (AM, PM, Overnight). Competitive pay, referral bonus, $3,500 sign-on for FT and $1,700 for PT, plus health/dental insurance, life insurance, PTO, holiday pay, and career growth opportunities.

Competenze

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota. If not certified, ask us how we can help.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form.
• Ability to interact with a variety of people and foster a team philosophy.
• Ability to negotiate and interact effectively with staff, patients, families, and professional/regulatory agents.

Mansioni

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines.
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure.
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.

The Shores of Worthington is a Residential Health Care Facility (SNF) that provides the highest levels of quality care through continuous improvement, and the involvement of the interdisciplinary team and the entire community. Shift

• Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem Shifts Available
• AM (6a-2:15P)
• PM (2pm-10:15pm)
• Overnight (10pm-6:15am)

The duties of the Certified Nursing Assistant include but are not limited to:

• Providing direct patient care in accordance with state, federal and facility guidelines
• Provide general nursing care to patients in accordance to the facility nursing policy and procedure
• Addressing problems identified in the patient care plan.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current CNA certification through Minnesota *If not certified, ask us how we can help
