Saint Therese at St. Mary of the Woods is seeking a Part-Time Non-Certified Nurse Aide (NCNA) to support residents with daily activities, mobility, and comfort while following care plans.

You will maintain accurate documentation, adhere to infection control standards, and work closely with the care team to promote a safe, respectful environment. This role emphasizes compassionate, resident-centered service in a faith-based community with a strong staff-to-resident ratio.

Qualifications

• Must meet federal, state, and local health regulations.
• Ability to pass post-offer screenings including drug screening, background check, and references.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks accurately.
• Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others.
• Awareness of and sensitivity to resident needs and abilities.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service.
• Ability to meet physical demands including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents per approved care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living including mobility and personal care.
• Monitor and record vital signs and other required documentation accurately.
• Follow infection control standards and safety protocols.
• Support residents with dignity, compassion, and respect.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team for quality, person-centered care.

Available Shifts: 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. | 64hours per two-week pay period

Schedule: Schedule includes every other weekend and every other holiday

Pay Range: $15-21/hour *Same Day Pay Available*

Minimum Qualifications

• Must meet all federal, state, and local health regulations

• Ability to work independently and accurately complete assigned tasks
• Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
• Awareness of and sensitivity to resident needs, interests, and abilities
• Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including assisting with resident transfers (50+ lbs.)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience in senior living, long-term care, or a healthcare setting
