Job summary

Saint Mary Home, West Hartford, CT, seeks a Registered Nurse (Charge) for the Evening shift (3-11). This part-time role operates within Trinity Health Senior Communities, offering strong nurse‑to‑resident ratios and supportive interdisciplinary care.

You will coordinate care plans, supervise CNAs, collaborate with care teams, and uphold safety and resident-centered values in a compassionate, professional environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in Connecticut.
• Recent experience in long‑term care or acute care (preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• Availability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver individualized care plans for residents
• Supervise and support nursing assistants on your unit
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure consistency and quality of care
• Maintain safety and clinical standards while honoring resident preferences

Education

Required Qualifications
