Job summary

Saint Mary Home, West Hartford, CT, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse (Charge) for the evening shift.

You will coordinate care plans, supervise nursing assistants, and collaborate with care teams to ensure high-quality, person-centered care while upholding safety standards. Requirements include CT RN license, LTC/acute care experience preferred, CPR, and availability every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the State of Connecticut.
• Recent experience in long-term care or acute care (preferred).
• Current CPR certification.
• Availability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver individualized care plans for residents.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants on your unit.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure consistency and quality of care.
• Maintain safety and clinical standards while honoring resident preferences.
