Job summary

Saint Mary Home in West Hartford, CT, part of Trinity Health Senior Communities, is seeking a Registered Nurse (Charge) for the evening shift on a part-time basis. You will oversee care plans, supervise nursing assistants, and collaborate with care teams to maintain high-quality, resident-centered care.

Ideal candidates graduate from an accredited nursing program, hold a CT RN license, and have CPR certification; prior long-term care or acute care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in the State of Connecticut (CT).
• Recent experience in long-term care or acute care preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Availability to work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver individualized care plans for residents.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants on your unit.
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure consistency and quality of care.
• Maintain safety and clinical standards while honoring resident preferences.
