Job summary

Warrensburg Manor Care Center in Warrensburg, MO, seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team for 6p-6a shifts. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and staff to promote rehabilitation.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Missouri.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

• Providing comprehensive nursing care to our residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by our licensed physicians
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
• Identifying and addressing resident needs and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care and outcomes for our residents
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment
