You will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and collaborating with the care team to support residents’ health and well-being.

The role requires a Missouri RN license, the ability to work in a fast-paced setting, and comfort with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Current Missouri state RN license
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)

Responsabilités

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
• Records observations on patient charts
• Participates with team in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care
• Maintains environment conducive to comfort and safety
• Assists with unit management or acts as unit charge as assigned

RN Registered Nurse - Day Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled RN Registered Nurse to join our day shift team at Carriage Square Rehab and Healthcare Center in Saint Joseph, Missouri. As a valued member of our clinical team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well‑being.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned, including administering medications, treatments, and therapies
• Observes and reports patients' vital signs, symptoms, and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
• Records on patient charts observations of patient's responses to nursing care rendered
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Maintains environmental conditions conducive to the comfort and safety of patients
• Assists with unit management and/or assumes charge of unit as assigned

Requirements

• Current Missouri state RN license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic medical records
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
