Job summary

Kirksville Manor Care Center in Kirksville, Missouri is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing team. Shifts available: days 6a-6p and nights 6p-6a, with a $12,500 sign-on bonus paid quarterly over 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our interdisciplinary team
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify resident needs and goals
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and outcomes
• Educate residents and their families on health care and wellness
• Participate in Quality Improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
