Job summary

Warrensburg Manor Care Center in Warrensburg, MO, seeks a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse for the night shift (6p-6a) to deliver high-quality care and support rehabilitation in a warm, patient-centered environment.

You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans, while documenting care accurately and maintaining a safe, clean facility for residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Current LPN licensure in Missouri.
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 0 years of experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting; recent graduates welcome.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care including medications administration, wound care, and assisting with daily living activities.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to nurses and physicians.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident progress and plan ongoing care.
