Aston Group in Florida is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, this role supervises nursing personnel and oversees daily nursing activities during assigned shifts.

Qualifications

• RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR/BLS certification.
• Two years of clinical nursing experience.
• One year of management experience (preferred).
• One year of geriatrics or subacute care experience.
• English communication proficiency (additional languages helpful).
• Peripheral IV certification.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery of nursing care and evaluate staff performance.
• Plan and conduct regular shift staff meetings to identify and resolve concerns.
• Identify problems in resident care and implement corrective action.
• Provide reports to the Director of Nursing as needed.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to support continuity of care.

Qualifications
