Job summary

ClarkLindsey Village is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Urbana, IL team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, develop and evaluate care plans, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements include an Illinois nursing license in good standing, strong clinical skills, and the ability to work with residents and families. Willingness to float between departments after training is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.

• Monitor residents’ health conditions and report changes to the appropriate medical professionals.
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Educate residents and their families about wellbeing, health conditions, treatments, and preventive measures.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and community policies.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exhibit compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to improve the lives of older adults.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN)to join our team. The nurse will play a vital role in delivering high-quality healthcare services to our residents while promoting their overall wellness and quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a Illinois nursing License in good standing, excellent clinical skills, a caring demeanor, and a commitment to teamwork.

Benefits and Compensation

• a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus is available for RN hires. Details of this bonus will be described during the interview.

The pay range for this position is $39.00 - $46.00 per hour, and is based on experience. Bonuses equaling up to 2% of salary annually are available based on performance, generally in the spring and fall each year.

Differentials in the amount of $1.50 per hour are paid for any shift worked between the hours of 7:00pm and 7:00am.
