Job summary

CAREonsite is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with 2+ years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency nursing to join our nationwide occupational medical team. The role focuses on care oversight, health assessments, and program support across diverse workplaces.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV blood draws and immunizations.
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of medical data management.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for up to five hours per shift; infrequent lifting up to 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support and monitor occupational health programs; provide care oversight and coordination of a wide range of occupational health services.
• Develop health promotion programs in collaboration with supervising occupational physician.
• Provide accurate, well-documented medical reports and formulate occupational health procedures as needed.
• Conduct job-specific health assessments, pre-employment exams, and ongoing health surveillance.
• Provide first aid care, manage work-related injuries and illnesses, and coordinate follow-up care per protocol.
• Perform phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and administer immunizations as required.
• Work under established protocols to evaluate, monitor, and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries.

CAREonsite a division of Tang & Company provides occupational medical services nationwide. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Nurse RN with at least two years of experience in general medicine occupational health or emergency room nursing.

Schedule & Pay

Schedule Mon Wed Fri 8a 4p Tues Thurs 11a 7p

Pay Range 38 42 hour

What Youll Do

• Support & Monitor Occupational Health Programs Provide care oversight and coordination of a wide range of occupational health services
• Health Promotion & Education Develop health promotion programs in collaboration with the supervising occupational physician
• Medical Reporting & Compliance Provide accurate well documented medical reports and formulate occupational health procedures as needed
• Health Assessments & Surveillance Conduct job specific health assessments pre employment exams and ongoing health surveillance
• First Aid & Injury Case Management Provide first aid care manage work related injuries and illnesses and coordinate follow up care per protocol
• Clinical Expertise Perform phlebotomy IV blood draws and administer immunizations as required
• Occupational Illness & Injury Consultation Work under established protocols to evaluate monitor and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries

What Were Looking For

• Current Registered Nurse RN license in the state of practice
• At least 2 years of experience in general medicine occupational health or emergency room nursing
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support ACLSAED certification from the American Heart Association
• Proficiency in phlebotomy IV blood draws and immunizations
• Strong computer skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic medical data management
• Physical ability Requires standing and walking for up to five hours per shift; infrequent lifting of up to 15 lbs
