Job summary

CAREonsite is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support occupational health and injury case management. The role requires at least two years in general medicine, occupational health, or ER nursing, with ACLS certification and bilingual proficiency.

You’ll perform phlebotomy, IV draws, immunizations, and coordinate care under physician supervision. The position features PRN hours, with some afterhours and a pay range of $38–$42 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish or other as applicable).
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV access, and immunizations.
• Strong computer skills and basic medical data management.

Responsibilities

• Support, monitor, and coordinate occupational health programs.
• Develop health promotion programs with supervision.
• Produce accurate medical reports and help develop OH procedures.
• Conduct job-specific health assessments, pre-employment exams, and surveillance.
• Provide first aid and manage work-related injuries per protocol.
• Perform phlebotomy, IV draws, and administer immunizations as needed.
• Evaluate and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries per protocols.

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Nurse (RN) with at least two years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: PRN 8:00AM- 5:00PM - * Some afterhours required
• Pay Range: $38 - 42

What You’ll Do:

• Support & Monitor Occupational Health Programs – Provide care, oversight, and coordination of a wide range of occupational health services.
• Health Promotion & Education – Develop health promotion programs in collaboration with the supervising occupational physician.
• Medical Reporting & Compliance – Provide accurate, well-documented medical reports and formulate occupational health procedures as needed.
• Health Assessments & Surveillance – Conduct job-specific health assessments, pre-employment exams, and ongoing health surveillance.
• First Aid & Injury Case Management – Provide first aid care, manage work-related injuries and illnesses, and coordinate follow-up care per protocol.
• Clinical Expertise – Perform phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and administer immunizations as required.
• Occupational Illness & Injury Consultation – Work under established protocols to evaluate, monitor, and report potential occupational illnesses and injuries.

What We’re Looking For:

• MUST be bi-lingual
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• At least 2 years of experience in general medicine, occupational health, or emergency room nursing.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS/AED) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy, IV blood draws, and immunizations.
• Strong computer skills – Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic medical data management.
• Physical ability – Requires standing and walking for up to five hours per shift; infrequent lifting of up to 15 lbs.
