Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for Day, Evening and Night shifts. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, a new wage structure, same-day pay, and 12-hour shifts with flexible scheduling for FT, PT and PRN roles.

Qualifications

Active Tennessee RN license required.
CPR certification preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive resident assessments.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments.
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs.
Maintain accurate electronic documentation.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
