Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver skilled resident care and lead the clinical team.

Active Tennessee RN license required.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive resident assessments
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs
Maintain accurate electronic documentation
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care
