Job summary

Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) for full-time, part-time, and PRN roles with day, evening, and night shifts. A $2,500 sign-on bonus and a new wage structure accompany opportunities for advancement and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification is required.
• HS Diploma or GED is preferred.
• CPR/BLS certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining.
• Provide safe transfers, mobility assistance, and repositioning.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Measure and record vital signs as assigned.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care.
• Keep resident rooms clean, safe, and comfortable.
• Follow infection prevention protocols and facility policies.
• Collaborate with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional resident care.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required
