Job summary

Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team across day, evening, and night shifts. We offer full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with 12-hour shifts and a $2,500 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants.

In this role you will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor wellbeing, and collaborate with nurses to deliver attentive, resident-centered care in a supportive environment

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee CNA Certification is required.
• CPR/BLS certification is preferred.
• Compassionate, dependable, resident-focused.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining.
• Provide safe transfers, mobility assistance, and repositioning.
• Monitor residents and report changes to nursing staff.

What You'll Do

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you'll make a meaningful difference every day by providing compassionate, hands-on care that helps our residents maintain dignity, comfort, and independence.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and dining

• Provide safe transfers, mobility assistance, and repositioning

• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team

• Measure and record vital signs as assigned

• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support

• Maintain accurate documentation of resident care

• Keep resident rooms clean, safe, and comfortable

• Follow infection prevention protocols and facility policies

• Work collaboratively with nurses and the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional resident care

What We're Looking For

• Current Tennessee Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification (Required)

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred)

• CPR/BLS Certification (Preferred)

• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Long-Term Care experience preferred, but not required

• Newly Certified CNAs are encouraged to apply!
