Job summary

Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. We offer 12-hour shifts, flexible scheduling, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time nurses.

Qualifications

Current Tennessee RN license is required.
CPR certification preferred.
Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills.
Strong leadership and communication abilities.
Long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive resident assessments.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments.
Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary teams.
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs.
Maintain accurate electronic documentation.
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
Deliver compassionate, resident-centered care.
