Job summary

Smoky Mountain Health & Rehabilitation Center in Pigeon Forge, TN is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team. We offer daytime, evening and night shifts, competitive pay, sign-on bonus, and opportunities for career advancement as part of a supportive leadership team.

As an LPN, you will administer medications, monitor residents, perform assessments, supervise CNAs, and help maintain accurate documentation while delivering resident-centered care in a loving, team-oriented

Qualifications

• Current Tennessee LPN License is required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and clinical skills.
• Compassionate and dependable.
• Long-Term Care experience preferred but not required.
