Job summary

Sweetwater Care in Peoria, AZ is seeking an Registered Nurse for night shift 6pm-6:30am to join our acute rehab facility. Responsibilities include: ensures proper resident care, develop care plans, nursing diagnoses, collaboration with healthcare team, medication administration, staff safety, equipment procedures, and other duties as directed.

Qualifications include an active AZ RN license, 1 year hospital experience, ability to work flexible hours, and proficiency with electronic charting.

Qualifications

• An active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Prior experience as an RN in a acute rehabilatation hospital.
• The desire to care for patients in an acute care setting and act with integrity.
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• Must have 1 year hospital experience.
• Must be efficent in electronical charting system.
• BLS(required)/ACLS (preferred)
• Current TB with in a year
• Physical within 6 months
• Finger Print Card clearance (current)

Responsibilities
