Job summary

FullShift Staffing in Peoria, AZ seeks an experienced Registered Nurse for a local contract night shift (6p-6:30a) at an acute rehabilitation facility. You will ensure high-quality patient care in a safe environment and coordinate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to support optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities include care planning, nursing diagnoses, medication administration, and supervising staff while maintaining compliance with state and facility regulations.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• 1 year hospital experience in an acute rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to shift requirements.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Current TB test within 12 months and physical within 6 months.
• Finger Print Card clearance current.

Responsibilities

• Ensure resident care in a clean, safe environment.
• Develop and implement nursing care plans; collaborate with physicians and therapists.
• Make nursing diagnoses to guide care strategies.
• Record medication administration and monitor safety procedures.
• Oversee staff to ensure compliance with safety and regulations.
• Perform other duties as directed.

JOIN OUR FULLSHIFT STAFFING TEAM!!! LOCAL CONTRACTS AVAILABLE FOR ACUTE REHAB FACILITY in Peoria, AZ! NIGHT SHIFTS! 6p-6:30a

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse include:

• An active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Prior experience as an RN in a acute rehabilatation hospital.
• The desire to care for patients in an acute care setting and act with integrity.
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• Must have 1 year hospital experience.
• Must be efficent in electronical charting system.
• BLS(required)/ACLS (preferred)
• Current TB with in a year
• Physical within 6 months
• Finger Print Card clearance (current)
