Sweetwater Care in Peoria, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for local contract night shifts (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) at an acute rehabilitation facility. You will provide patient care, develop care plans, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to ensure safe, high-quality nursing services.

Requirements include active Arizona RN license, minimum 1 year hospital experience in acute rehab, ability to work flexible hours, proficiency with electronic charting, BLS (required) and ACLS (preferred); TB

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license.
• Minimum 1 year hospital experience in acute rehabilitation.
• Ability to work flexible night hours.
• Proficient in electronic charting systems (EHR).
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient care and ensure a safe, clean environment.
• Develop and monitor nursing care plans; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nurses.
• Administer medications and record accurately.
• Supervise and support assigned staff to maintain compliance with safety regulations.

JOIN OUR FULLSHIFT STAFFING TEAM!!! LOCAL CONTRACTS AVAILABLE FOR ACUTE REHAB FACILITY in Peoria, AZ! NIGHT SHIFTS! 6p-6:30a

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care
• Collaborates with the resident, members of the healthcare team
• Records the administration of medication
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure established safety regulations are followed and that all tasks are performed following all state and government regulations and safety procedures as outlined by the facility
• Follows procedures related to the use of nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse include:

• An active RN license in the state of Arizona.
• Prior experience as an RN in a acute rehabilatation hospital.
• The desire to care for patients in an acute care setting and act with integrity.
• The ability to work flexible hours.
• Must have 1 year hospital experience.
• Must be efficent in electronical charting system.
• BLS(required)/ACLS (preferred)
• Current TB with in a year
• Physical within 6 months
• Finger Print Card clearance (current)
