Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a dedicated RN to manage and supervise tenant care at Estates at Linden. You will ensure care quality in alignment with Minnesota BON standards and tenant rights, guiding the care team to meet assessment-driven Plans of Care.

You will oversee RNs, CNAs, and nursing staff, ensuring safety, well-being, and compliance with QAPI programs while delivering compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN with Minnesota registration and CPR certification.
• Strong leadership and care-planning abilities.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and nursing staff effectively.

RN- Registered Nurse

Position Summary:

The RN manages and supervises tenant care ensuring the highest quality of care is received in accordance with the Minnesota BON standards, is guided by the Tenants’ Bill of Rights and abides by the campus Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Through the collection and analysis of data, the RN is accountable for performing a comprehensive assessment to establish the baseline health status of tenants as well as to create a detailed Plan of Care that includes individual needs and preferences. RNs oversee practical nurses, CNAs and nursing personnel through assessment of their knowledge, skill and capabilities; clarifying expectations and addressing behaviors to ensure the safety of tenants and to attain the ultimate goal of achieving and maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each tenant.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing

• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse

• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
