Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management's Villas at Robbinsdale is seeking an experienced RN to manage and supervise tenant care, ensuring the highest quality of care in accordance with Minnesota BON standards and the Tenants’ Bill of Rights. You will assess tenants, establish baseline health, and design individualized Plans of Care for each resident.

You will lead LPNs, CNAs, and nursing personnel, clarifying expectations to ensure safety and wellbeing, while contributing to a supportive work environment

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in CPR and emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant care to ensure the highest quality in accordance with Minnesota BON standards.
• Assess tenant health status and develop a detailed Plan of Care.
• Supervise practical nurses, CNAs and nursing staff to ensure safety and quality of care.

Education

RN- Registered Nurse

Position Summary

The RN manages and supervises tenant care ensuring the highest quality of care is received in accordance with the Minnesota BON standards, is guided by the Tenants’ Bill of Rights and abides by the campus Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Through the collection and analysis of data, the RN is accountable for performing a comprehensive assessment to establish the baseline health status of tenants as well as to create a detailed Plan of Care that includes individual needs and preferences. RNs oversee practical nurses, CNAs and nursing personnel through assessment of their knowledge, skill and capabilities; clarifying expectations and addressing behaviors to ensure the safety of tenants and to attain the ultimate goal of achieving and maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each tenant.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
