Job summary

Estates at Linden seeks an RN to manage and supervise tenant care ensuring the highest quality of care is delivered in accordance with Minnesota BON standards and the Tenants’ Bill of Rights.

The RN assesses tenant health, creates comprehensive Plans of Care, and mentors practical nurses, CNAs, and nursing staff to maintain safety and well-being. Part-time PM shift, competitive pay, and career development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have MN RN licensure and be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• CPR certification current and maintained.
• Experience in long-term care or similar setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments to establish tenants’ baseline health.
• Create detailed care plans reflecting individual needs and preferences.
• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff to ensure safety and quality of care.
• Adhere to Minnesota BON standards and Tenants’ Bill of Rights.
• Participate in campus QAPI program and data analysis for quality improvement.

Education

Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing

Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse

Current Certification in CPR and emergency care

RN- Registered Nurse

PM Shift open part time

Position Summary:

The RN manages and supervises tenant care ensuring the highest quality of care is received in accordance with the Minnesota BON standards, is guided by the Tenants’ Bill of Rights and abides by the campus Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. Through the collection and analysis of data, the RN is accountable for performing a comprehensive assessment to establish the baseline health status of tenants as well as to create a detailed Plan of Care that includes individual needs and preferences. RNs oversee practical nurses, CNAs and nursing personnel through assessment of their knowledge, skill and capabilities; clarifying expectations and addressing behaviors to ensure the safety of tenants and to attain the ultimate goal of achieving and maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of each tenant.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing

• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse

• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care
