Job summary

Caldera Care operates Spokane Falls Care, located at 6021 N. Lidgerwood, Spokane, WA. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care on scheduled night shifts in Spokane, WA.

This role includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the care team to support residents’ health and well-being. Qualified applicants hold a current RN license, demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, and maintain CPR/First Aid certifications.

Pay Range: $50.00 - $55.00/HR DOE

Shifts Available

• Thursday & Friday 6pm-6am and Saturday & Sunday 10pm-6am
• Saturday - Sunday : 6 AM - 10PM (Baylor)

Registered Nurse (RN) Duties and Responsibilities

• Observe, administer, record, and report any medications, treatments, vital signs, symptoms and general condition to the appropriate individual(s)
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Participate with other team members in planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care, and other patient activities
• Assists with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned

As required by state and local law, Spokane Falls Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Spokane Falls Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below:

Pay Range: $48.00 - $55.00/HR DOE
