Job summary

Spokane Health & Rehab in Spokane, WA is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for full-time, part-time or per diem roles. Shifts available include 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am with pay between $44.00 and $54.20 per hour plus shift differentials.

The RN will provide patient-centered nursing care, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with therapists to support rehabilitation and daily resident needs. Comprehensive benefits and daily pay options are offered.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required.
• Experience in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 25+ pounds; stand, bend and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to meet resident needs per standards, orders and guidelines.
• Plan nursing interventions based on individual needs and monitor implementation.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and adapt interventions.
• Conduct family and resident education.
• Administer medications and treatments per policy.
• Document progress and resident responses clearly and accurately.
• Identify condition changes and report to supervisor, physician and family.
• Coordinate rehabilitation programs with therapists.
