Caldera Care's Spokane Falls Care facility in Spokane, WA is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to join a compassionate team. The role involves administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and supporting patient care in a residential setting.

The position offers weekend shifts (Sat & Sun 6 AM - 10 PM) and a pay range of $42.00-$47.00 per hour, DOE. Applicants must hold a current LPN license, demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, and comply with health care policies.

• Observe, administer, record medications, treatments, and patient's vital signs, symptoms, and general condition
• Reinforce support and provide health care instructions to patients and their families
• Participates with other team members in planning, implementing and evaluating nursing care and other patient activities
• Assist with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients
• Assist with unit management and/or assume charge of unit as assigned
